Conjunto Bruja is an all-woman ensemble of cajón, guitar, charango, Irani setar, and ranchera-inspired vocals. Las Brujas explore folk traditions and verses from around Latin America. Their diverse cultural backgrounds influence the "corazón" of their music.
Cissa Paz is an eclectic performer influenced by the local jazz sounds and her Brazilian indigenous/African heritage. Nominated for 3 Wammies, her show is upbeat and engaging, with a mixture of African and Brazilian rhythms.
DeSanguashington is a Colombian American band from Washington, D.C. The band plays a variety of rhythms including vallenato, cumbia, salsa and world music. With the lead voice of Ve-Lu, DeSanguashington has emerged as one of the premier Latinx bands in the Washington, D.C. area, recognized and beloved by those who enjoy international music.
Doors open at 5 pm show starts at 6 pm until 10 pm.
