Join us for an evening of breathwork meditation and community.
The event will be held outdoors, on the patio. It will begin with journaling, and community sharing followed by a 40 minute guided Breathwork Meditation.
This is an outdoor event, please dress with the weather and elements in mind.
Bring: a yoga mat (and anything else you need to be comfortable in a lying down position) a journal, water bottle.
