What To Expect: A relxaning experience with a shift in energry flow.

What To Wear: Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks.

What To Bring: Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated and extra layers to cozy up in after class. Yoga mats and we would recommend that you bring a blanket.
