Join us for an afternoon of breath work, sand painting, and sound meditation.
The Fall Equinox reminds us that life’s ebbs and flows ultimately bring us back to balance. Just as seasons change, our challenging times often give way to more peaceful moments, each offering wisdom for the next chapter.
Guided by Enamored Evolution Yoga, experience transformative breath work and live sound meditation. ArtniteDc will provide sand painting supplies and loosely guided mantra support, helping you connect deeply and let go.
Summary:
The "Breathe, Create, and Release" event is a transformative journey designed to guide you through breathing, letting go, and preparing for new beginnings.
Breathe: Engage in deep, mindful breathing to center yourself. This practice helps to calm your mind, focus your energy, and prepare for the process of transformation.
Create and Release: Sand mantras are used to symbolize the act of creation and release. As you write or draw mantras in the sand, focus on your intentions for the future and the things you wish to let go of. The ephemeral nature of sand reminds us of the temporary nature of our past and the power of our intentions.
By combining these practices, you clear the space within yourself for new experiences and opportunities. This event aims to help you transition smoothly into the next phase of your life, grounded in clarity and purpose.
This holistic approach uses breathing, symbolic actions, and reflection to help you embrace change and move forward with confidence.
Event itinerary:
Breathwork meditation :Guided by Enamored Evolution Yoga.
Breathing deeply and consciously during meditation is crucial as it anchors our awareness and helps us fully engage in the practice. Each breath is a unique moment of presence that we can’t recover once it’s gone. By focusing on the breath, we practice letting go of the past and future, which prepares us for more profound practices like Sand mantras. Embracing each breath as a fleeting opportunity helps cultivate mindfulness and ease, enriching our meditation experience.
Sand painting introductory:
ArtniteDc offers a creative space where guests can explore Sand art techniques and methods. Attendees are encouraged to craft their own personal mantras and express their emotions or desires through sand painting. If needed, examples of mantras will be available to inspire and guide participants in their artistic process. This approach allows for a personalized and therapeutic experience, integrating art with mindfulness and self-expression.
**All supplies will be provided to each attendee.
Each attendee will be given one tray and a set of bottles of sand and drawling tools. Bottles of sand will be refilled upon request.
For the sand painting activity, please remain silent and immerse yourself in the experience while enjoying the sound meditation music and live sound meditation performed by Enamored Evolution Yoga.
❤️Each mantra created at the event is deeply personal and can serve as a valuable emotional release or outlet, especially for those experiencing stress or difficult moments. To maintain the focus and privacy of this reflective experience, we kindly request that attendees refrain from taking pictures during the event.❤️
Attendees will have 1.5 hours to complete their mantra. If finished early, we encourage them to enjoy a snack, meditate, and stretch. We will signal when the activity is nearing its end.
Closing activity:
Breathing Meditation: Helps attendees find calm and focus, integrating the experiences of the event.
Ending Ceremony: Involves releasing sand mantras, which can represent letting go of past burdens and setting new intentions.
We are excited to present this activity to you and hope it brings you a sense of peace and tranquility. Our goal is for this experience to help you release stress and find a deeper sense of calm. Enjoy the journey.
